Do we get charged extra for going overtime? You do not! We will only charge the hourly rate we agreed upon!
I need help picking out my party bus, can you help? Absolutely! Our booking agents will be happy to narrow down the selection process for you. They'll just need to know the date of your run, the time, & how many passengers you'll be bringing along. With that info, your choice can easily be narrowed down. From there, they'll help you based on features and appearance preferences.
Is smoking allowed on the bus? We want to keep our buses clean and fresh, so we do not allow for smoking. You can ask the driver to pull over when ever you need a smoke break.
Is drinking allowed on the bus? Of course! It's a party bus after all! As long as you're of legal drinking age, you're more than welcome to drink right on the bus! We do not provide you with alcohol so you'll have to bring your own.
Is a security deposit required? We do require a security deposit made with a credit card. This will place a hold on your vehicle and guarantees you a vehicle.
How far will you go? For a pick up and drop off, any location that is more than 50 miles away, may result in an additional fuel surcharge.
Can children come on the vehicles? Yes they can. We don't have any age limit, you just have to be careful watching the children. If there's anyone under the age of 21, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.
Any hidden fees to know about? We don't hide anything from you. You want to know something, just ask and we'll tell you. Your hourly rate will cover your whole run. We will never demand more money of you than what we agreed on. There are potential charges you may come across like a cleaning fee for leaving the vehicle very dirty or a damage charge for breaking something.
Can I cancel my run? You cannot cancel. We will tell you this before finalizing your run to make sure you understand and are sure you want to still continue moving forward. You'll have to pay for the service even if you didn't use it. You also cannot change the date of your reservation. Depending on availability and how soon you ask, you might be able to change the time or the vehicle.
Do we have to tip the driver? You do not have to tip your driver. We do not require it. It's greatly appreciated though. If you liked the service they performed, tipping is a great way to show thanks.
